Support for Custom Branded PDF Templates in Recency Certificate Generation

Current State:
The current automated certificate generation for recencies (triggered by Check Form completion) is limited to the system’s default layouts. While users can select relevant departments via the Recency Item: Default Template dropdown, there is no mechanism to bypass the standard layout in favor of a fully custom design.

The Problem:
Clients increasingly require high-level corporate branding on their training and safety certificates. The current "Default Template" options do not allow for the inclusion of custom logos, specific typography, or unique layout structures required to meet internal compliance or branding standards.

Proposed Enhancement:
Introduce a "Custom Template Upload" feature within the Recency Checklist Certificate Templates section.

Key Requirements:

• Template Upload: Ability to upload a custom HTML/CSS or Word-based template that the system can use to map data fields.

• Branding Autonomy: Allow for custom logos, headers, footers, and styling (CSS) to be applied per Recency Item.

• Site-Specific Configuration: This should be configurable at the site level to allow different clients to maintain their own unique certificate identities.

Business Value:
This enhancement would significantly improve the professional output of the system for our clients, reducing the need for manual certificate creation and increasing the value of the automated "Check Form to Recency" workflow.
