Shift validation display placement in roster

When you create a control for shift validation (Crew Controls) it is displayed in the roster under the BASE HEADING.

We have controls on some of our bases that need to count day and night Captain, day and night Copilot and day and night Technicians. this = 6 controls that all sit below the BASE HEADING and in our case above the CAPTAIN Roster.

It would be very useful if the CONTROLS could sit under the department heading

CAPTAIN

COPILOT

TECHNICAIN

This would mean they are easier to see, and I would only see the controls of the roster I'm working on (Open) and only Valid the roster I'm working on.

It is clearer if I'm working on the Technicians roster and only having to look at the Tech day and night validation rather than looking up the top to see all 6 validations (captain copilot and tech)
