Ability to set a date for Specific Recency Items to start flagging/Mute them for a period of time

As an Operations Manager, I would like the ability to schedule recency items to start notifying at a certain date or after a certain time period (mute specific recencies for specific people). At the moment, when inducting someone new, the options are either:

• leave all required recencies as "required", and therefore flood the notifications with junk alerts as someone goes through the induction process, therefore hiding genuine recency alerts OR

• change these recencies to "optional", risking forgetting to set them back to required, and that person not gaining the required recency OR

• enter a fake recency with a short expiry time, risking false records showing that recency item is complete

As a solution, it would be great to be able to "mute" certain recencies for a time period or until a date. ie, if someone is undergoing Line Training and doesn't need a Line Check to do so, one could mark their "Line Check" recency as "muted until 30.05.2026" or similar. During this period the recency would be marked yellow, and once the muting period was expired, would notify as per usual expired recency.
