The SpiderTracks–Air Maestro integration only pre-populates data when someone manually creates a flight record. If a pilot forgets or lacks connectivity, the record never gets created — leaving gaps in maintenance tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
Desired outcome:
Flight records are automatically created in Air Maestro when a SpiderTracks flight completes, ensuring complete data capture without manual intervention.
Proposed change:
Auto-create a flight record against the aircraft registration when SpiderTracks detects flight completion. Pilot assignment and confirmation can happen after the fact.
