Problem:
Pilots must navigate to the flight records register and manually apply filters to find and confirm SpiderTracks-imported flights — too many steps, so confirmation often gets skipped.
Desired outcome:
Unconfirmed imported flights appear automatically at the top of the pilot's timesheet page, filtered by pilot or aircraft, so confirmation happens as part of existing daily workflow.
Proposed change:
Add an "unconfirmed flights" section to the top of the timesheet page showing pending SpiderTracks imports, with the ability to review, correct, and confirm inline.
