Problem:
Pilots record flight data on paper ODRs in the cockpit, then the same data is manually copied into Air Maestro (sometimes up to three times) for maintenance, invoicing, and compliance — creating delays, errors, and duplicated effort.
Desired outcome:
A single digital trip sheet on iPad in the cockpit that auto-populates live flight data from SpiderTracks and flows directly into Air Maestro, replacing paper entirely.
Proposed change:
Provide a digital ODR accessible on iPad (via the Air Maestro PWA) showing live SpiderTracks data (startup, takeoff, locations, legs) with fields for pilot-entered data (fuel, passengers, cargo, notes) that syncs to Air Maestro flight records.
