Action Follow-Up Reminders

Currently, there is no action specific follow up capability.

As a Requestor, I want to mark a responded action as "Completed - Follow-up Required" and set a scheduled future reminder, so that I can logically close the action while ensuring I remember to verify it later. When the scheduled date arrives, I want the system to automatically send me a detailed email and trigger a persistent in-app alert containing direct links to the record. This will allow me to easily access and review the item directly from my alerts, with the ongoing flexibility to adjust or extend the follow-up period as needed.
