When entering flight/pay details on a pilot's timesheet, at present the 'flight' details section is hard-coded to come last in the pilot's timesheet, meaning that any other section in the timesheet will be displayed above this, irrespective of how an operator want's it to be displayed.
However we have found that this is not an efficient set up. Our pilots are paid per flight hour, meaning that they have to work out their flight time for the day (in the flight details section at the bottom of their timesheet), before scrolling back up to the top of the page to enter their pay details. As it is natural human instinct to read/go from top to bottom, we find on a regular basis that pilots are then forget to go back up to the top of the page to enter their pay details after entering their flight details/figuring out their flight time, meaning that we often don't capture pay details within Ops & Safety Suite and haven't been able to use it as a way to record pilot pay, having to still rely on pilots then filling out additional timesheets.
