Enhancement: Reflect "Cancelled Action" Status in Audit Schedule Action Count

Description:
Currently, in OSS Audits > Audit Schedule, the summary progress counter for actions does not accurately reflect the state of an audit when actions are cancelled. If an action assigned to a finding is "Cancelled," the summary counter in the Schedule view continues to display it as incomplete (e.g., "Action Status 0 of 1").

While the Audit >> Findings/Actions tab correctly shows the individual action as "Cancelled," the high-level Schedule view ignores this status in its calculation. This implies that the action is still outstanding and requires management attention, which is misleading for users monitoring audit completion rates.

Proposed Enhancement:
The logic for the Action Status counter in the Audit Schedule view should be amended to recognise "Cancelled" as a "finalised" or "closed" state.

  • When an action is moved to a "Cancelled" status, the counter should update to reflect completion (e.g., updating from "0 of 1" to "1 of 1").

  • Alternatively, the system should subtract the cancelled action from the total count if it is no longer deemed a requirement for audit closure.

The goal is to ensure that the summary view provides a consistent and truthful reflection of the work remaining.

Business Benefit:

  • Data Accuracy: Provides Auditors and Managers with a true reflection of audit progress at a glance without having to drill down into individual findings to verify if an "incomplete" count is simply a cancellation.

  • Operational Efficiency: Eliminates "false positives" in reporting where managers spend time chasing "outstanding" actions that have actually been intentionally discarded.

  • Reporting Consistency: Ensures the high-level Audit Schedule remains synchronised with the detailed Findings/Action tab, preventing conflicting data across the module.
