Problem: Limited support for dynamic approver assignment, automatic routing, approval workflows, and conditional notifications.

Enhancements Requested:

1. Allow specific approvers to be assigned to each form.

2. When the Originator submits a form, automatically notify the Document Library Administrator.

3. When the Administrator selects the relevant approver and routes the form, automatically notify the selected Approver.

4. When the Approver completes the approval, automatically notify the Administrator.

5. Enable multiple conditional email notifications based on specified criteria.

6. Support multi-stage approvals and automatic routing to the selected approver, including an approver selected from a dropdown list.

7. Allow the Administrator to perform final sign-off after all required approval steps are completed, automatically notify relevant users, and lock the form afterward where required.
