Recency Access: View only Access to not allow access to attached Recency documents

Currently, users with "View Only" access to Personal Recencies are able to open and view uploaded recency documentation. This presents a significant privacy and confidentiality concern. For example, training records contain sensitive information and should only be accessible to a restricted group of authorised personnel.

Certain departments, such as OCC, require visibility of recency status and expiry dates to perform their operational duties; however, they should not have access to the underlying recency documentation. At the same time, there are specific document types, such as passports, that OCC may legitimately require access to.

We would therefore appreciate it if this issue could be prioritised and escalated, as the current access model does not provide sufficient control over document confidentiality. Ideally, access to recency dates and access to supporting documentation should be managed independently, with document permissions configurable by document type.

Could this enhancement please be expedited and implemented as soon as possible? This is an important privacy and compliance concern that requires urgent attention.
