Modify who receives the automatic report closure email

Hi,

We would like to send updates to multiple people when we close a report. The automatic report closure email is helpful, however it currently only sends the email to report investigators. We would like to be able to modify the recipients of the email to include others i.e., the reporter, and our safety email for record keeping.
