Restrict mobile flight-activity visibility to admin roles

Problem:

On the mobile app Home page, all users — including pilots and, where they have access, clients — can see fleet-wide flight activity (hours and distance for every aircraft). In larger operations, exposing these operational totals to everyone isn't always appropriate and creates friction.

Desired outcome:

Operators want to control who sees fleet-wide flight activity on mobile, so these totals can be limited to management/admin users rather than shown to everyone.

Proposed change:

Add a role-based control that restricts the Home page flight-activity view to admin/manager roles, hiding per-aircraft hours and distance totals from standard users.
