Problem
Ground staff at tour operations have no way to be automatically alerted when an aircraft is approaching on its return leg. They must watch the map or rely on someone at a desk to call them.
Desired outcome
Ground crew receive a push notification on their mobile when an aircraft passes a defined location on the return flight, so they can prepare for arrival.
Proposed change
Trigger a mobile push notification when an aircraft crosses a geofence or waypoint on its return route, delivered to designated users.
Thanks for this feedback. We support geo-notifications via our Geofences feature which is in Early Access - reach out to learn more and get access. We don't yet support mobile push notifications for Flight events however these are in our roadmap and will be prioritised based on demand.
