See ETA at a glance on the map view aircraft tag

Problem:

Control-centre dispatchers handling inbound calls (e.g. hospitals asking "when will the aircraft arrive?") need to provide an ETA immediately, but on the map view today the ETA is not surfaced against the aircraft itself. Dispatchers have to leave the map, open the aircraft list, an email, or do mental math to answer — slow during a live call.

Desired outcome:

A dispatcher can glance at the aircraft on the map and read the ETA directly from the aircraft tag, without leaving the map or performing any conversion.

Proposed change:

Add a second line under the aircraft registration on the map aircraft tag showing the ETA in destination-local time (matching the aircraft list), driven by the same ETA data already persisted on the aircraft list. The second line appears only when an ETA is known and the aircraft is active — landed aircraft tags remain unchanged. If tag clutter becomes an issue later, an "include ETA" sub-option can sit under the existing track-display tag setting.
