Show on-board crew per flight in the History table (with crew filter and My Flights)

Problem:

The Fleet Manager History table doesn't show who was on board each flight, so operators can't see crew presence at a glance, can't filter flights by who was on board, and pilots can't quickly find their own flights.

Desired outcome:

Operators want to see at a glance which crew were on board each flight, filter the History view by crew member, and use a one-click "My Flights" filter — all sourced from the on-board presence data Spider X already captures via Digital Flight Logs manifests.

Proposed change:

Add a Crew column to the History table (empty / single-person icon / multi-person icon, with hover tooltip listing names), a multi-select Crew filter, and a "My Flights" quick filter at the top of the table. All filtering server-side, with crew sourced from existing DFL manifest events (SpiderTxt ID + BLE tag, enriched to user IDs upstream).
