When setting up recency items it would be useful to have a "Collapse All" function like that of the front-end. It would benefit any organisation who may have an extensive list recency items.

This would help the base manager/chief pilot to know the exact date that the PPC is scheduled for, this will assist in scheduling the pilot's rosters as well.
