Currently Employment Types in the Employment History table are fixed. It would be useful to be able to customise or at least add to this list.

Scheduling tasks would benefit from an ability to set a preferred/default start time zone.

For a recency on type it should pull through the aircraft on type you are current on for you to complete the Check form on relevant type.

I would like the abilty to define other filter items with the API url. Currently the only parameters allowed by end-user are dates and format. Having the ablity to filter data with the request is more efficient.
