We have a requirement for individuals to view the safety reports they have submitted. Having a My Reports tab that would link to all the reports that an individual has submitted would save having to go into the Safety Reports and use the filters, ...

This allows user to quickly identify which flight the event occurred on, rather than searching in the history and using filters. Especially when the aircraft has multiple flights.

Move the root cause, remedial action and corrective action fields into the 'Respond to action' area. This way the respondent can populate these fields when responding rather than having to edit the action to complete and then respond to the action

It would be super useful to be able to copy an existing job. Often we do return flights and so the ability to simply copy an existing job and just change dates and times would save so much time.

The Review and Save tab in the scheduler only shows the aircraft and pilot assigned. It would be useful if it also included the date, time, name, description and additional details information so you could truly review the job before saving.
