When we abort a flight in our FV cad it does not modify the flight plan in CF. Please allow CF flight request to modify when a FV flight request has been aborted.

Currently, bases that have been marked as inactive on the location list are still populating under the Teams dropdown. While this dropdown does have a text search field, there should not be a need for those teams to still be visible in the scroll.
