Currently when setting an audit type, the type category is taken from the Hazard register. It would be great if this was a seperate category to prevent having to create a hazard entry which clutters the hazard register.

Currently we don't add documents (SOPS) Check lists etc to the Risk Documents because it just adds another layer of change if a document is amended in the controlled document library - An audit finding waiting to happen.
