The current custom form builder (used in Flight Records, Safety Reporting, etc.) is difficult to use and very inflexible. Is there another, more user-friendly "tool" that could be employed to build custom forms?

It would be good for the risk codes (1A, 2A, 3A etc.) to appear as well as the risk index name e.g. (Very low, low, medium, high, very high). At the moment only the risk index name appears, not the code identifier as well.

Base/Location Recency – When an Aircraft is toured to a base, need to have some sort of recency validation flag against any personnel who have Aircraft Type Specific recency items for that aircraft type that have either expired or are non existent.
