Safety Dashboards - Ability to view data using Line Graphs

Suhail Amin would like to have Line Graph as an option while using the Safety Dashboards.

1. Line Graph for number of reports per month instead of safety histogram (X axis = Month, Y axis = Number of reports submitted

2. Similar graph to replace the graph for number of report types done each month.
