Leave Accruals post change in Roster Pattern

When changing a roster pattern Air Maestro currently changes the Annual Leave balance for ALL leave for a rolling 12 month period, which can in turn affect the accrual. There needs to be an option to enable the leave balance up to a certain date unchanged, therefore not affecting the accrued leave prior to the change in shift pattern
