Inaer France has requested that Air Maestro create an option for disabling the lodgement requirement of Discretion reports within the system - as every month they need to contact Avinet support to bulk close all instances within the site.

Discretion Managers would still get emails. I do think this is being covered in AM-3955 though...?
I think this can be done by removing the 'modify self' access level for discretion reports.
