Tool Tip Required on 'Alternate Email' address field

Please add a tool tip on the Alternate Email field in Personnel Details, which explains what this field does and how the tick boxes affect the email address fields (e.g. makes it active/inactive and sends a copy of all communication to the alternate email address).
