Exam Dispute Improvement

The Exams Module has the option to log disputes for questions that are incorrect which is a great way to update the question bank except it doesn't. It's been explained the reason is to ensure the integrity of historical records but it doesn't make is practical for the Administrator. Issuing new versions of an exam make it archaic when searching for older exams not knowing which version it was in. My suggestion is that when a question is disputed and corrected it then updates the question bank, the integrity lies in the dispute records but to reissue exams after every dispute is a chaotic way of keeping the Exam Library tidy and practical.
