A client has requested the ability to set reminders on Audits conducted to allow the auditors to come back and review the audits at set dates.

Would the functionality that we have in Safety Reports work here in Audits for you? The 'Set Reminder' function.
Alternatively you could assign yourself an action to remind you to go back to this audit at a later date, in the meantime.
