Improvements to Operation Risk Assessment

Geoff from EPS helicopters as advised of some improvements that could be made to the Operation Risk Assessment tool.

To improve speed and usability in areas with slow connections, they would like the following considered
The ability to set the pilot in command to default to the user filling in the assessment
Select a default aircraft to auto-populate
and be able to have custom fields that link to information from the roster, such as shift code.
