Request to add hover functionality in the Roster module and homepage to display Work Practice scores without opening individual profiles

In the Roster module, it would be incredibly convenient if you could hover over a shift to see the Work Practice score. The same functionality on the homepage would be great — being able to hover over WP to view the score instead of clicking into each individual.
