A client highlighted two practical user groups:

• Management (desktop): Full read/write access

• Pilots (mobile scanning): Read-only, rapid access

To further clarify (Support note): The system currently supports access differences via permission controls. However, this request may relate more to creating clearly defined user experiences tailored to each group’s context (operational vs administrative), rather than purely permission-based differences.
