Scheduled notification

There are many good ways to send notifications by email and SMS to crew and other personnel, but none that allow them to be scheduled as recurring messages over a specified period. It would be useful to have that option under, for example, Company News or Alerts.

For instance, on the first day of every month, a notification could be sent reminding the person to sign their timesheet or something similar.
