Enhancement Request: Customisable Email Footer – Ops & Safety Suite

I would like to propose an enhancement for the Ops & Safety Suite regarding system-generated email notifications.

Currently, notification emails include the footer:

“Thanks, The Vellox Team – Ops & Safety Suite”

From a client perspective, this can be slightly confusing, as the notification is being sent from their organisation rather than directly from the system developer.

Proposed Enhancement:
It would be beneficial if the email footer could be:

• Customisable per company/site, allowing organisations to reflect their own branding and identity, or

• Configurable to display the company/organisation name instead of “The Vellox Team”, or

• Optionally removed entirely if customisation is not feasible

Use Case:
When a Safety Notification is sent to a user for action, the communication should ideally appear as coming from the client organisation, ensuring consistency with internal processes and improving user clarity.

This enhancement would improve the overall user experience and align system communications more closely with each client’s operational environment.

Please consider this as an idea for future development.
