Ability to assign risks to a role rather than personnel

Hazard and Risk Register module changed to enable individual risks to be assigned to a job position/role (position name) rather than an individual (E.g. Ops Manager, Safety Manager, CEO)?

Having a lot of risks that are assigned to individuals and when they leave/move roles, it is hard to identify which risks were assigned to them and then onerous to change them all over to the new person.

If we were able to assign to a job position, then this would remove this issue.
