Show a reference to examinee

Within an exam question I would sometimes like to have the ability to show the examinee the operations manual or document reference that relates to a particular question.

As it stands, this is a function that is available to notify exam markers.

Could there be a second reference field that shows the examinee. "Examinee Reference Info"

This way an examiner could include as detailed or limited information as they deem necessary.
