When the roster has a shift code populated by the scheduler, that shift code should be allowed to be edited and added to from the roster.Stacking shift codes should be allowed over scheduler populated shift codes.

It seems the current day that is highlighted in the scheduler is based on UTC rather than a users timezone. This is confusing. Can this be adjusted such that the highlighted day (today) is based on a users timezone rather than UTC.
